Soy sauce sachets are convenient, lightweight and used in huge volumes across takeaway, foodservice and hospitality. Traditionally made from flexible plastic, their small size, multi laminate structure and food contamination can make them particularly challenging to recover and recycle through conventional recycling.

So we are reimagining the material.

Our AS5810 certified home compostable Misty sachets are designed to replace conventional soft plastic packaging across food, supplements, condiments, cosmetics and single-serve applications.

Years of engineering our Misty Lady film to be stronger, more durable and higher performing have taken the technology beyond vacuum packaging at home. Today our material innovation is now enabling a new generation of home compostable sachets designed to replace conventional soft plastic.

Food safe, certified AS5810 home compostable, no added PFAS, heat sealable and available plain or custom printed.

WHY SACHETS MATTER

One sachet doesn't use much plastic. Millions of them do.

Small flexible packaging formats can be difficult to mechanically recycle because of their size, construction and food residue. Designing sachets for an alternative end-of-life pathway creates an opportunity to rethink a format traditionally dependent on fossil-based plastic.

Under ambient home-composting conditions, our certified material is designed to be digested by microorganisms and organically recycled into biomass, CO₂ and water.
