Refund policy
Return Policy
We do not accept returns unless your order is faulty upon arrival. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and returned within 7 days of delivery.
No returns will be considered for Custom Order Products which are not a standard SOTEP stock item.
No returns will be considered for items that have had product added and have then been unsuccessful in performance. All orders are subject to independent trials being conducted to determine suitability and shelf life.
No products will be accepted for return without the prior consent of SOTEP. Any Products considered for return must be delivered to SOTEP within 7 days of delivery, accompanied by the receipt and must be in original unused, undamaged, resaleable condition. All costs associated with returns are the responsibility of the Customer.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and will let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
