Yes! If you want to put your branding on the packaging or educate your customers on how to dispose of the materials properly, we can help. Our biofilm can be printed on using traditional ink, algae black ink and a range of other home compostable inks.
We have a team of senior designers and artists to help customise your design, or we are happy to work with your current design.
Please note for printing on the bag the MOQ is 10,000 units.
Yes - We can create custom sizes to suit your packaging needs.
Like all of our custom orders, MOQ starts at 10,000. There is a $3,000 consultation fee for custom orders that require new product development.
Our vacuum seal bags and stand up pouches are certified food safe!
Our vacuum seal bags are certified Food Safe under EU10/2011.
We have had customers trial our vacuum seal bags and heat sealable bags for sous vide cooking with great success.
The performance of the bags will vary with cooking conditions and the type of products put inside the bags. We suggest trialling a sample of our bags first so you can see if they will work for you as home compostable bags for sous vide cooking.

Vacuum Seal Bags
Yes! Our vacuum seal bags and stand up pouches are made with natural materials and have the following certifications:
- AS5810 Home Compostable by ABA Australian Bioplastics Association
- OK HOME COMPOST, OK COMPOST HOME and OK Biodegradable Soil
- Renewable Content - DIN CERTO, JBPA and USDA
- Marine Biodegradable ASTM D6691-09
- Industrial Compost Approved
- Anaerobic Digestion Approved ISO 15985
Yes, our vacuum seal bags can be used on both home vacuum sealers and commercial chamber sealers.
Our vac bags are made in New Zealand from bio or plant based bioplastic. The bioplastic we use to make our packaging is certified food safe, AS5810 home compostable and safe for anaerobic digestion.
Our home compostable vacuum seal bags are made here in New Zealand.
